Muslim Women and Prenatal Care Study

Salaam, my name is Sophia Salem. I am a graduate student at the University of Florida in the Family, Youth and Community Sciences Department. I am conducting research on Muslim women and their prenatal healthcare experiences, and about their religious faith. I am inviting you to participate if you meet the following criteria:

1. You are a woman
2. You are at least 18 years of age
3. You identify as a Muslim
4. You have utilized prenatal care services at least once in the last five years

Participation in this research includes taking a survey about your perceptions of your healthcare provider involving the knowledge of your religion as well as your own religious faith. This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes.
