Our menu is cook to order, cooked to the state that you desire. As part of our hospitality, we accommodate to our guests preferences:

• spicy level, not spicy to Indonesian spicy
• protein choices, chicken, beef, lamb, and shrimp
• Vegan options, tofu, tempeh, mushrooms, zucchini, and eggplant.
• Allergy accommodations to shellfish, dairy, peanuts, and treenuts.

Krakatoa Indonesian Cuisine’s initial introduction to South Florida was in Hollywood, Florida, 2014.

Krakatoa cuisine started in a local farmers market and due to the response from the community transitioned to a full brick and mortar location. Unknowingly, a new and much needed food niche was discovered.

The very unique and delicious seasonings from Indonesian cuisine were a hit. People were looking for something different and exciting. This was it. Since the transition to a full-service restaurant, Krakatoa, has enjoyed incredible market exposure.
