Mohammad Ahmed Faruqui is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Aviation Law, providing legal and business support to a variety of small family-owned businesses in the aviation industry. Activities include transactional work, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance and regulatory enforcement defense. Mr. Faruqui brings his experience from the aviation industry to provide general corporate and consumer legal services to the public. He has served Florida as a lawyer since 2005 and takes great pride in protecting his clients’ interest. Mr. Faruqui is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.
